If you would like to purchase a song, you may do so by clicking the PayPal button at the end of this page.   (By purchasing a song, you agree to comply with the terms of our Songwriting Agreement  listed  later in this Songwriting Section of the website!!!!)

After you have paid, you will be taken to an email form where you will fill out your name, Company Name (just type in Not Applicable) plus some other information.  When you get to the Comments Section, please fill in the following information:

* Subject (What or who you want the song to be about)

* Keywords/and /or phrases- (limit of 10 combined keywords/phrases-if you use more, we will use the first 10)-e.g.-Susan, my special daughter, kind, compassionate, fun-loving, friendly, patient, beautiful, always smiling, one-of-a-kind

* Musical attributes-you will choose one of the following:  1.  slow, ballad-like  2. folk

 3. Upbeat

Cost of each song (basic song with vocal line and guitar/piano chords):  $100.00 (chorus and 1 verse)-there will be an additional charge for extra verses

* You will need to PAY IN ADVANCE for the Song using our Shopping Cart ( payment is NON-REFUNDABLE)

*  You will need allow 6 MONTHS for delivery, as we will need up to  two months to complete the song, plus we will need to apply for copyright registration.

By purchasing a a song, you agree to comply with the terms of the Songwriting Service Agreement:

* Awesomemusic.biz will become the sole owner of the song, will hold the copyright on the song, and is entitled to any and all royalties arising out of any performances and/or recordings of this music.  Duplication of the song is expressly forbidden under U.S. Copyright Laws.  Awesomemusic.biz will provide you the opportunity to have a musician/band perform this music for you without your incurring any penalties/infringements/liabilities in connection with violation of Copyright Law.  Any other special considerations or circumstances must be emailed to Cathy Harrison, c/o awesomemusic.biz who has the sole authority to grant or deny any particular request.  * Songs will be in music notation format, suitable for musicians/vocalists to follow, and will include basically a vocal line plus guitar/piano chords.    There is an additional $ 50.00 for each additional verse. 

Important Note:  There will be absolutely no refunds given on songs, as we put lots of time and effort into creating a special song just for you!!  If you listen to any or all of our music samples below, you can experience first hand the quality of our songs before you order a song from us!!!
